Through the lesson, students will gain a solid understanding of how nuclear energy is harnessed and controlled.
In addition to nuclear physics, the course will cover the main mechanical and electrical components essential to reactor functionality. Students will learn about the design and operation of critical reactor components such as pumps, valves, or turbines. The basis of electrical circuits and systems that support reactor operations, including power generation and distribution, will also be examined.
