We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to ensure the sustainability and growth of our educational programs. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial operations within the nuclear education industry and a strong ability to manage complex budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s mission and objectives.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with program managers to align financial planning with educational initiatives.
  • Oversee grant applications and funding proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the education or non-profit sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the nuclear industry is a plus.
